Mediation.

I have always said that compulsory mediation must take place when a couple decide to part, and from April that is going to happen.

I am dismayed that the reports I have heard this morning have not mentioned children, it may be in the small print, maybe???

It is absolutely vital that during the mediation process contact with non resident parents and grandparents is agreed and a consequence if it is not adhered to, the children must be part of this process, it is their lives and futures that are being discussed.
