I am at a loss actually to understand what on earth he is talking about! Legislation for Shared Parenting is not about interfering with court decisions.Dear Mrs ..........Thank you for your email. I am very sorry that we have not been able to make more progress on this sad matter. I fully appreciate the case you make for shared parenting but, as is clear from the ministerial responses, there is no way we can interfere with court decisions. Please keep me updated with any developments.
Well, dear ministers I pray that none of you are ever faced with your children being alienated and your contact stopped. Believe me it can and does happen to anyone.
