It is not often that I recommend sites etc but if you are looking for a forum where you can get support you might find this one helpful, I was asked a couple of years ago now to write some stuff and to start a contact issues section on the forum, which I did.
Unlike other similar sites, there is no back bitting, no unpleasant comments, just grans.
